Hare Moon Visitor Information

It is important that all ticketholders have read and agree to the below conditions when attending Hare Moon Storytelling Camp.

Places are non-transferable except with the permission of the organisers.

Refunds, less a £30 admin fee, are available up to and including 22nd April.

In the unlikely event of the camp being cancelled your fee will be refunded in full, but Hare Moon will not undertake to compensate you beyond the cost of your booking. Nor will compensation be offered should changes be made to the advertised programme of events as these are likely to be beyond our control.

Further details, and the site’s location, will be sent to you nearer the time but the closest railway station is in Royston. Lifts are available, at no extra charge, from Royston station by prior arrangement. Contact Jonathan if you plan to come by train and would like a lift.

In paying for your place you agree to contribute approximately two hours’ work, suitable to your ability and inclination, over the course of the event. This contribution is essential to the running of the camp.

Hare Moon Storytelling Camp is a ‘closed’ event. Please commit to the duration of the camp. Do not invite friends or relatives to visit you. Should you need to rendezvous with them over the course of the weekend, please arrange to do so off-site. And dogs, with the exception of guide-dogs, are not permitted on site.

Hare Moon Storytelling Camp's organisers cannot be held responsible for accidents or injury, however caused. This does not affect your statutory rights and the site is fully insured. Please notify us of any serious medical condition at the time of booking so we can pass this information on, in strict confidence, to our first aider.

You are welcome to arrive any time from 3pm on Friday – dinner is at 7pm and can be saved for you if you know you will arrive later that evening. Camp ends after the farewell meeting on Tuesday morning and we vacate the site by 3pm.
