About your booking

We will always respond as quickly as possible.  If 48 hours has elapsed and you have not heard anything, please check your spam.

If there is space we will send you a request for payment.  Please check the sum we ask for against the ticket prices displayed on the website for the camp you have chosen.  Notify us of any discrepancy.  You will have seven days in which to pay and, by doing so, confirm your place(s).  We will not hold places beyond seven days from our request for payment.  By booking you agree to abide by the conditions listed below.

We run these camps because we love, and aspire to be in harmony with, the trees, animals, birds and our neighbours and we trust that you will share this sentiment.

There is no access to the site before 3pm on the first day of camp.  The welcome meeting is at 10 o’clock the following morning and there is no admission after that meeting.

Camping is only allowed in designated camping areas.

Cars and other vehicles not being slept in must be left in the car park.

The making of loud noise, spirited singing etc after 10pm is only allowable by arrangement with the event organisers.

All adult ticket holders agree to contribute two hours of work towards the nurturing of the site and the running of the camp during the course of the event.

With the exception of guide or assistance dogs by prior arrangement, no dogs are allowed on site.
