Booking Form for High Sun 2024

Please read the 'About' page and the terms and conditions listed below.  If you have any trouble with the form, please send your answers to info@haremoon.co.uk  It’s the information that is useful to us, not the manner in which it’s presented.  We will not sell your information or share it with anyone else.

We will send you payment details on receipt of your booking information.
About your booking

We will always respond as quickly as possible.  If 48 hours has elapsed and you have not heard anything, please check your spam.  

If there is space we will send you a request for payment.  Please check the sum we ask for against the ticket prices displayed on the website for the camp you have chosen.  Notify us of any discrepancy.  You will have seven days in which to pay and, by doing so, confirm your place(s).  We will not hold places beyond seven days from our request for payment.  By booking you agree to abide by the conditions listed below.

We run these camps because we love, and aspire to be in harmony with, the trees, animals, birds and our neighbours and we trust that you will share this sentiment.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

There is no access to the site before 3pm on the first day of camp.  The welcome meeting is at 10 o’clock the following morning and there is no admission after that meeting.

Camping is only allowed in designated camping areas.

Cars and other vehicles not being slept in must be left in the car park.

The making of loud noise, spirited singing etc after 10pm is only allowable by arrangement with the event organisers.

Any packaging or other non-compostable material you bring to the site remains your responsibility and must be taken off site by you at the end.  There is no waste collection at Ashlyn Wood.

All adult ticket holders agree to contribute two hours of work towards the nurturing of the site and the running of the camp during the course of the event.

With the exception of guide or assistance dogs by prior arrangement, no dogs are allowed on site.

Strictly no visitors: if you need to meet friends or family please arrange to do so off-site.

Every effort is made to safeguard all our guests but children remain the responsibility of their parents or carers at all times.

The advertised programme is presented in good faith but the management reserves the right to make changes without prior notice.

Should the organisers have to cancel the event for any reason a full refund of the ticket price will be given but the management will not be held liable for any other expenses incurred by ticket holders.

Refunds will be given in full if the organisers cancel the event.  They will not be given for any other reason.

To ensure understanding of, and compliance with, all of the above, tickets may only be transferred with the permission of the organisers.

The management reserves the right to refuse admission.
